By registering with Tuneable Music Academy, students and guardians agree to follow the academy’s learning standards, communication guidelines, and class policies.
- Registration confirms the student’s intention to attend classes regularly and participate sincerely.
- Students are expected to maintain respectful behavior with teachers, staff, and fellow learners.
- The academy is committed to providing a respectful, focused, and encouraging learning environment.
- Students should attend classes on time and inform the academy in advance if they are unable to attend.
- Tuneable Music Academy reserves the right to update schedules, teachers, course structure, or policies when required.
Privacy Policy
We respect the privacy of every student and handle personal information with care, confidentiality, and responsibility.
- We collect student details such as name, age, email address, phone number, course preference, and learning mode for registration and class coordination.
- Email addresses and phone numbers may be used for class updates, payment reminders, schedule changes, and official academy communication.
- Student data is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
- Registration information is handled securely and accessed only by authorized academy personnel.
- Students or guardians may request corrections to inaccurate personal information.
Student Responsibilities
Every student is expected to contribute to a disciplined, respectful, and inspiring musical learning experience.
- Students should attend classes punctually and remain attentive throughout the session.
- Regular practice between classes is strongly encouraged for steady progress.
- Required notebooks, instruments, accessories, or learning materials should be brought when applicable.
- Respectful communication with teachers, staff, and other students is required at all times.
- Parents or guardians are responsible for supporting younger students with attendance and practice routines.
Payment & Refund Policy
Fees are based on the selected course, class type, and learning mode. Payments must be completed according to the academy’s fee schedule.
- Registration fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.
- Monthly or course fees should be paid before the due date to avoid interruption of classes.
- Refund requests are reviewed case by case and are not guaranteed after classes have started.
- Missed classes due to student absence are not automatically refundable.
- Make-up classes may be arranged only with prior approval and subject to teacher availability.
Online Class Policy
Online students are responsible for maintaining a suitable setup for smooth, uninterrupted classes.
- A stable internet connection is required for every online session.
- Students must arrange their own device, camera, microphone, and instrument.
- Students should join from a quiet place with proper visibility and sound quality.
- Class links must not be shared with anyone outside the registered student or guardian.
- Recording online classes without written permission is strictly prohibited.
Offline Class Policy
Offline students must follow academy timings, discipline standards, and classroom etiquette.
- Students should arrive on time and wait respectfully for their scheduled session.
- Academy instruments and equipment must be handled with care.
- Food, loud conversations, and disruptive behavior are not permitted inside learning areas.
- Students are responsible for their personal belongings.
- Parents or guardians should follow academy waiting area and pickup guidelines.
Copyright & Content Usage
All academy-created learning materials, lesson plans, exercises, notes, recordings, and digital content remain the intellectual property of Tuneable Music Academy unless stated otherwise.
- Students may use academy materials only for personal learning.
- Unauthorized copying, sharing, selling, uploading, or public distribution is prohibited.
- Class recordings, if provided, must not be circulated outside the registered student’s use.
- The academy may use student performance photos or videos for promotional purposes only with suitable consent.
Data Protection
Tuneable Music Academy takes reasonable measures to protect student information and personal contact details.
- Student records are handled securely and used only for academy-related purposes.
- Contact details are protected from unauthorized access and unnecessary sharing.
- Only authorized team members may access registration information.
